Please upload the required documents:

  • Copies of Directors/Members Identification Documents
  • Copies of Directors/Members proof of Home Address
  • Copy of Company Registration Form
  • Copy of Company VAT Registration/Certificate (if applicable)

General Information:

  • RST unfortunately does not offer any terms to dealers yet…we are strictly COD or EFT at this stage.
  • Stock will not be released before payment is confirmed.
  • Our AGM and Flooded batteries carry a 6-Month-Warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Our GEL batteries carry a 1-Year-Warranty from date of purchase.
  • Our Deep-Cycle batteries carry a 2-Year Warranty from date of purchase.
  • Warranty claims will only be processed if accompanied by our “Warranty Form” (Filled out in full).
  • Your “Warranty Form” will be accompanied by a “Questionnaire Form”(this is a form that you can use to ascertain whether your client has maintained his/her battery in the correct manner)
  • The “Warranty & Questionnaire Forms” will be sent to you via e-mail as soon as your “Dealer Application” has been approved, and your business details have been added to the system.
  • You have your own personal file with us including all of your documentation and correspondence.
  • We can provide you with an “OUTDO Battery Specification Sheet” as well as a “Motorcycle Applications Sheet”. (trust me, these two documents will save you a lot of time and effort)
  • Should we not have the item you are desperately looking for, we will most certainly try our best to obtain said item or provide you with an alternative.
  • Statements are still sent out on a monthly basis in the last week of the month, even though we don’t offer any terms.
  • Should you have any queries of any kind, you are most welcome to contact me on the number provided above, at any time.
  • There are a couple of ways to get hold of your new OUTDO Batteries:
  1. We can courier to your address – However the order minimum is R 1,500.00.
  2. We can deliver to your address – Within a 30km radius.
  3. You can collect the required stock yourself from our premises in Paarden-Eiland.

Please note orders for delivery for the same day must be made before 9AM, otherwise it will only be delivered the following day.

  • This application is not a “credit application”

Lastly, Race Screen Technology prides itself on excellent service and building not just a business relationship with you, but a personal one as well, because at the end of the day you are the reason we are able to do what we love.
